Ain’t it something when you on a run and you just space out??

That happen to me today. I’m running, I space out and by the time I come back to reality I was lost in Harrison, NJ.

The mind is a hell of a thing……

Week 1: Eat Clean Training Dirty Program
Weight: 198lbs
Target Weight: 180lbs
Goal: Get back into physical running shape in time for half marathon training in September. 
A.M. Session: 1.5mi run, stretch, and extensive track drills. 
P.M. Session (will be): 5miler, stretch, track drills.

We Learn

We learn to look at the past,
A few of us learn to look at the past and regret what we’ve done,
Most of us learn to look at the past and not care about but just move forward,
The best of us learn to look at the past and learn from our mistakes,
I am the sum of all these people.

I have NO REGRETS,
I will LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES,
and KEEP MOVING FORWARD.
